1Tạo Notion Integration Token
Mở tab mới → vào notion.so/profile/integrations
→ Click New integration
→ Đặt tên: Life OS
→ Chọn đúng workspace của bạn
→ Click Save
→ Copy token bắt đầu bằng ntn_...
2Tạo 11 databases trong Notion
Trong Notion tạo 1 page tên 🏠 Life OS Hub, rồi tạo databases bên trong:
📅 Daily Log · ⏱ Activities · ✅ Tasks · 🔁 Habits
📈 Trading · 💳 Spendings · 💡 Ideas · 📓 Notes
🎯 Goals · 📦 Projects · 🧾 Bills (new — for cross-device sync)
Xem file notion-database-guide.docx để biết fields cần tạo cho từng database.
Goals fields: Title, Due (Date), Progress (Number), Status (Select), Emoji (Text), Notes
Projects fields: Title, Due (Date), Progress (Number), Status (Select), Goal ID (Text), Notes
Bills fields: Title, Amount (Number), Frequency (Select), Next Due (Date), Category (Select), Notes
3Share mỗi database với Integration
Mở từng database → click ⋯ góc trên phải → Connections → tìm Life OS → click Connect.
⚠️ Làm bước này cho cả 8 databases — nếu thiếu 1 cái thì app không sync được vào database đó.
4Lấy Database ID của từng database
Mở database trong browser (không phải app Notion desktop).
URL trông như thế này:
notion.so/abc123def456ghi789jkl012mno345pq?v=...
Copy 32 ký tự ngay trước ?v= — đó là Database ID.
💡 Tip: Nếu URL có dạng notion.so/Ten-Page-abc123... thì ID là phần sau dấu - cuối cùng.
5Paste token + IDs vào đây
── PLANNING & BILLS ──
Để trống = bỏ qua database đó.
Goals/Projects/Tasks/Bills sẽ sync lên Notion — đồng bộ giữa tất cả thiết bị.
